Dear Gerry, Geoff, Joy and Jon and families, I'm thinking of all of you as I remember your mom/Margie, my sweet and unforgettable friend. I often think of her many antics, her kind nature and her unbeatable positive attitude. She was adored by many, including me. I will never forget her and treasure our friendship. Marg was a very unique and special person. Few people in life are as positive as Marg. Even with the chips down she could see a silver lining. But at the same time she was a take charge person. The staff at Juravinski loved her but also knew that the coil notebook would come out and she would be asking about numbers from blood readings and discussing treatment - she was definitely a partner in he care. They loved her, as we all did, and respected her. But we willalways remember so much more - the thoughtfulness and consideration for others that she showed, the fun she had whether on the golf course, at a shared meal, at the theatre or a sports event. Playing golf with Marg was a special treat as she cheered your good shots with an explanation of "huge!" Or commiserated with you on the misses, always promising that it was almost a good shot. Finally the laugh that was the Marg we loved. How we miss her. Our hearts go out to Gerry, Geoff and Lauren, Joy and Matt, Jon and Brianne and all her precious grandchildren who were all held in her arms.

Gerry, Geoff, Joy and Jon My deepest condolences and heartfelt sadness goes out to all of you. Marg was like a mother to me, so kind caring and so funny, always laughing and a great listener. Coming into the family as your nanny was the easiest transition ever. We didn't keep in touch regularly, but did occasionally on Facebook and always at Christmas, so was always updated on all the family. With Gerry, she raised 3 beautiful children and each one now has beautiful husband/wifes and their children. Her beliefs and values will most certainly be passed on through her children and their children's children, making her love and memories last forever. I love you all, God bless.

Marg and I were of the same age and went to school together in New Dundee and Waterloo-Oxford District High School.

I greatly admired her, her siblings, and parents. Our paths in life parted after high school and, to my great regret, we never interacted since then.

I want the whole family to know that I feel your pain of loss intermingled, I trust, with the joyful knowledge that this is not the end of the story.

It's going to be one big happy feast (hopefully someday) soon.
